    One important key is to keep your emails short! If people know they can open your email and get one great business tip that is under 200 words long, they don’t feel like it is eating up too much time to read it. You can always link to a longer blog post or article from the email so they can read more in depth information if they have time.

      Good point. In the seminar, the presenter explained how your company’s relationship with customers can dictate how long emails can be and how often they can be sent before stepping on subscribers’ toes. He recommended keeping more than one list. That way you can contact your most loyal customers more often, and newer customers less.
