Need a Quick Invoice?

sbdc and citd explains billable
Here’s a cool web app SBDC and CITD staff spotted recently.

Its called Billable and its meant to create a quick invoice on the fly. The site is very simple, its designed to look like an invoice and you just type on the the screen where you want your information.

No… its not on your letterhead or fancy stock. But its a quick solution for a small business owner in a pinch.

PayPal has an invoice generation tool that I use, but I really need to resize my logo so it will fit. Usually, I’m using escrow service or other billing platforms that just send notifications as needed. It is very helpful to have a separate billing system in a pinch, though.

I think it’s hysterical that they made the example out to be the Michael Scott Paper Company in Scranton, PA.

I also recently found an application that allows me to create and send invoices from my phone. I personally liked it, if anyone wants to check out the article I found it here: http://onpointbizbuzz.com/849/invoiceasap-create-and-send-invoices-from-your-mobile-phone

I like the sound of this app too, but the one I’m referring to (InvoiceASAP) might offer a little more like using ictures, audio recordings, and geo-tags with your invoices and storing the documents for later use.

Just thought I’d share that since I found it useful.
